Why choose Personal Training?

A Personal Trainer takes an active interest in your achievement of your goals, helping you along the way at sessions which can be as frequent as you wish or need them to be. Those goals may be related to health, well-being and social confidence. They may be about strength and conditioning for a sport, training for a race, or to get the most out of a planned holiday. There are as many reasons for Personal Training as people who use a Personal Trainer.

Personal Training is open to people of any age or level of physical ability (although I will only work with people over the age of 16). It does cost more than working out on your own at home, in the gym or in the park. However, if experience tells you things just won't happen without ongoing support, you'll know it can still be good value and a worthwhile investment in you.

Sessions may be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, with help between sessions available in the form of written plans, email and telephone support. Sessions will normally be for an hour, but shorter and longer sessions can be arranged.
