Welcome to my site, which was set up to promote
Personal Training at Crystal Palace. While I am not currently taking on
PT clients at Crystal Palace, I'm leaving this site in place and
will update it from time to time.

The main National Sports Centre building at Crystal
Palace is now closed for refurbishment of the racing and diving pools,
due to reopen later this year.
Greenwich Leisure Ltd has relocated the Wellness gym into a
suite of rooms at the Lodge, at the base of the spiral tower block
just up the hill from the main Sports Centre. The changing rooms are
small but they do now have working showers.
The 25m training pool is open and there are
sessions for adult fitness swimmers as well as for swimming lessons
and aquatic fitness classes - but be warned, the water is shallow!
Group exercise classes are taking place in the
old Dance Studio above the training pool.
